My new WordPress Theme, Expressions is now available at WordPress.org. I’m super excited about the theme. It has a lot of special programming behind it that allows unique options for website developers and users.
For example, you can choose to display meta tags for your posts. If you don’t want to list the author, date, categories or tags you can exclude them.
You can also put in custom links for your slider pages, rather than have them link to the post. Feature slider posts can be excluded from the blog, another useful feature.
There are many slider options for your home page, and also a 4,6 and 9 image feature mosaic.
There are 7 custom content sections for your home page, allowing you great flexibility when you set up the page.
The theme also includes post formats, a new feature in WordPress.
The theme includes Colorbox.js, a great plugin to view galleries. ou don’t really need any gallery plugins with this theme. The new gallery post format and Colorbox offer a great presentation of your favorite photos.
The theme is responsive….take a look at it on your mobile device.
There are many other great features to this theme; custom social widget, comment captcha and custom contact form with captcha, standard fonts, Google fonts, @fontface fonts, and unlimited portfolio pages.
Expressions is child theme ready giving the user great flexibility to create a custom look.
Visit the demo site where you will find detailed user documentation.
You can download the theme at the WordPress.org site. More details are available under the software tab of this site.
